Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments; develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s); provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT’s, BTs, and clinical staff; collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making; collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments; ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements; participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
