Job Summary
Join Acorn Health as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Supervisor responsible for overseeing client treatment, conducting assessments, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising Behavior Technicians. This role requires collaboration with families and colleagues, monitoring client progress, and promoting awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ideal candidates have a master's degree in ABA or a related field and active BCBA certification, along with experience in the field and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a master’s degree in ABA or a related field
- Have active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Effective communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
- Pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism
- Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
