Job Summary
BCBA needed to provide in-home ABA services in Arizona/Colorado with a focus on early intervention, verbal behavior, and Natural Environment Teaching. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing individualized programs, communicating results and prescription amounts to families, supervising RBTs with timely feedback, providing parent training to maximize client outcomes, ensuring compliance with BACB regulations and company policies, and traveling to clients’ homes in Englewood as needed. Requires BCBA credential, 2-3 years home-based BCBA experience, comfort with technology to support RBTs, and the ability to pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- 2-3 years experience as BCBA in a home-based environment
- Experience working with children with special needs (Autism preferred) ages 1-8
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with families and teams
- Ability to travel to client locations in Englewood and surrounding areas
- Pass background check and obtain US work eligibility
