Job Summary
Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a clinic-based ABA program with a hybrid option. Lead a team of behavior technicians, manage a caseload of 8-12 patients, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and coach parents to apply ABA principles outside sessions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teammates (SLP, OT, PT) to drive outcomes and integrate care. Opportunities include equity-partner potential and a comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid arrangement allows some in-clinic and some remote work for coordination and supervision within a pediatric outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans
- Ability to lead a team in a clinic-based ABA program
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with SLPs, OTs, PTs
