Job Summary
Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Howell, MI, joining Ivy Rehab Network's Ivy ABA program. Lead a team of behavior technicians in a clinic-based setting with a caseload of 8-12 patients, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, coach technicians and empower parents with ABA-based strategies to drive behavior change outside of sessions, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team including speech, OT, and PT, and pursue equity-partnership opportunities. Active BCBA certification or near-term exam, plus experience supervising technicians and creating treatment plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction are required. The role offers a base salary commensurate with experience, bi-weekly bonuses, mentorship, extensive professional development, and potential for future clinic ownership equity. Open to a hybrid option and a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration and family involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification or in BCBA examination within one month
- Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
