Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to perform functional behavior assessments, design and write BTPs and licensing assessments, provide inservice behavior treatment plans and ongoing assessments, train staff in behavior strategies, coordinate with the treatment team and medical professionals, monitor program implementation, provide quarterly progress reviews, advocate for residents’ rights, and perform duties assigned by the Clinical Director; BCBA certification is required and 2 years of BCBA experience is preferred.
