Job Summary

Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop corresponding intervention plans. Provide direct behavior analysis services including skill acquisition training, behavior reduction strategies, and management techniques while collaborating with team members on treatment planning. Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions based on findings. Maintain accurate client records and stay current with Applied Behavior Analysis research. This role offers a clinically sustainable caseload, bi-weekly bonuses, and up to 90% off higher education.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis and documentation

  • Experience working within an school setting
