Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop corresponding intervention plans. Provide direct behavior analysis services including skill acquisition training, behavior reduction strategies, and management techniques to individuals with autism. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective treatment planning while collecting and analyzing data to track progress and drive intervention adjustments. Maintain accurate client records and stay current with the latest research in Applied Behavior Analysis. This role offers bi-weekly bonuses, a 401k plan, and up to 90% off higher education, with a sustainable caseload and Monday-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis and documentation
