Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise District ASD and MD Programs, oversee RBTs, provide staff training, and assist with district behavior plans. Requires a Master’s degree or higher and BCBA license; responsibilities include coordination and supervision of student services, curriculum coaching, and adherence to ethical standards. 11-month school year with a salary range of $74,800–$101,730 based on experience and degree level; benefits include medical, vision, dental, PTO, and NJ Pension. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- BCBA License
- Proven experience as a Behavior Analyst (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm, compassionate, empathetic, and patient
- Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures
- Excellent report-writing skills
- Valid driver’s license with own transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Accreditation and Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA License)
- Proven experience as a Behavior Analyst
- In-depth knowledge of and thorough adherence to applicable ethical codes
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Excellent report-writing skills
- Calm, compassionate, empathetic, and patient
- The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even under duress
