Job Summary
Maintain an active caseload of 120 billable utilization hours monthly, including supervision, treatment planning, and family training. Provide behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists and RBTs working 1:1 with students, delivering evidence-based techniques like behavioral skills training. Administer skills, preference, and reinforcer assessments, then create individualized behavior support plans based on client needs. Set up data collection systems to ensure accurate ongoing reporting and attend team meetings for care coordination. Lead behavior crisis situations using applied behavior analysis principles while adhering to core ABCs. Requires Master's degree, active BACB certification, AZ LBA, and current 8-hour supervision certificate. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm with a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board certification – passed the BACB exam for behavior analysts
- AZ LBA
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field
- Current 8-hour supervision certificate – certified to provide supervision to RBT's and has supervisory experience
- Experience utilizing behavioral skills training
- Experience creating behavior support plans
- Experience administering various skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, etc
- Experience with creating treatment plans and conducting family training, social skills groups, etc
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, of all ages
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in the US
- Ability to relocate or travel to office location (in person required)
