Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers up to $80/hour with flexible scheduling and no caseload limits.
