Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role in Nebraska requires one in-person visit per month and offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits. Compensation is up to $80/hour with negotiated rates. The position includes a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and reimbursement support for obtaining Nebraska licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
