Own clinical outcomes for assigned caseloads of 175–200 hours weekly, maintaining goal mastery and discharge planning while ensuring authorized hours are utilized. Conduct comprehensive assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments, Functional Analyses, and skills assessments like VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R to develop function-based Behavior Intervention Plans. Provide direct oversight of high-acuity cases and crisis scenarios, making real-time clinical decisions in-session and delivering coaching and feedback to staff. Continuously analyze data to adjust interventions and fade supports appropriately, ensuring treatment fidelity and accurate data collection. Supervise RBTs/BTs in accordance with BACB requirements and communicate regularly with caregivers to provide training and updates. Maintain audit-ready records at all times while ensuring programming reflects medical necessity and payer requirements.
