Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing evaluation, treatment, and consultation for children with autism and developmental differences in outpatient, in-home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities include supervising ABA programs for children with autism, offering clinical supervision to ABA Apprentices, conducting initial assessments, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans, coaching families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, ensuring data collection and HIPAA-compliant documentation, and coordinating services to support client progress. Requires a Master's degree and BCBA licensure, plus at least one year of ABA experience. The role emphasizes family-centered care, professional development, and high-quality, ethical service delivery within Easterseals Central Illinois.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines is required: applied behavior analysis, early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current licensure in good standing with the regulatory board.
- One year of experience implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis services, preferably with children with ASD.
