Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Earn Up to $80/Hour

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid position requires one in-person visit per month and offers up to $80/hour with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete agreements. A dedicated BCBA Success Manager provides ongoing clinical and professional support through the LBA Expansion Program.
