Job Summary
Conduct initial skills assessments, write and renew treatment plans, and ensure fidelity of client programs while overseeing data collection. Provide supervision and instruction to staff on treatment implementation, manage Registered Behavior Technicians, and deliver parent training. Maintain operational oversight for the Clinical Director and attend weekly meetings to support the center's interdisciplinary care model.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- LBA / LABA (in required states)
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing)
- Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior
- No prior criminal history
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to utilize technology
- Strong computer skills required – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Windows
- Specific computer skills required – Central Reach
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
