Job Summary
As a BCBA, provide high-quality case oversight and leadership within a collaborative team. Conduct initial intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, supervise BT/RBTs, and collaborate with families to provide caregiver guidance. Work alongside a Clinical Manager and other BCBAs to improve patient outcomes, with a focus on clinical quality, manageable caseloads, and opportunities for growth and leadership. Offer supervision and mentorship to peers, participate in ongoing continuing education, and contribute to a large network of BCBAs across multiple states. This full-time role is based on-site in Georgetown, KY, with no evening hours and a compensation range of $75,000–$100,000 plus potential bonuses. Responsibilities include interfacing with families, coordinating care, and utilizing ABA data collection software to drive treatment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to supervise BT/RBTs
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
- Experience with ABA data collection software
- Excellent communication with guardians and families
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Background checks and drug screen clearance
