Job Summary

Conduct initial intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder. Provide high-quality case oversight and supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians working on your caseload. Collaborate with families to provide consistent caregiver guidance and work with the Clinical Manager to improve patient outcomes. This role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience in ABA data collection software and Microsoft Office Suite. Full-time employment (40 hours/week) includes flexibility for schedule changes, with no evening hours. Compensation includes a potential $19,500 yearly bonus, full-service benefits, and a Cultivate Apprenticeship Program for leadership development.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst
  • Experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient and staff needs
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from wide ranging backgrounds
  • Highly motivated and energetic during work hours
  • Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to successfully complete and pass Background and Reference Checks and Drug Screen

  • Experience with ABA data collection software
