Job Summary
BCBA role in Crystal Lake combines 60% in-clinic and home/community-based therapy with 40% remote work. Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, developing and adjusting individualized ABA programs, conducting initial and ongoing assessments including FBAs, collaborating with families and schools to ensure coordinated care, maintaining thorough documentation and HIPAA-compliant records, and delivering 1:1 therapy as needed. Requires a Master's in ABA, active BCBA license, strong clinical supervision skills, data-driven program development, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Central Reach. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or closely related field) required
- Active BCBA certification and license required
- 1+ years of BCBA experience preferred
- Experience in ABA/BCBA field preferred
- Ability to work in person across in-home, clinic, school, and community settings
- Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry, abuse and neglect registry check (as applicable)
- Clear MVR background check (as required)
- CPR and QBS training certifications (training provided)
