Job Summary
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in a clinic setting for clients ages 2-18 with autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities include supervisory oversight of RBTs and BHTs, development and facilitation of ABA programs using discrete trial training and natural environment teaching, caregiver training to support skill generalization in home/school/community, coaching on ABA treatment plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, ongoing data collection and analysis to guide programming, conducting norm-referenced and criterion-referenced assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, etc.), reviewing and signing treatment plans, establishing discharge criteria, serving as family liaison, and mentoring staff. Maintain supervision protocols per BACB standards, stay current with literature, and participate in continuing education to maintain BCBA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Must be licensed as a behavior analyst by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners
- Arizona Driver’s License with acceptable MVR
- Level 1 fingerprint clearance
- CPR and First Aid certification (employer provides)
- Initial current negative TB test (employer provides)
- 3 years experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorders or related disorders (preferred)
- Experience as BCBA with supervisory responsibilities
- Licensure and credentials up to date
