Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and implement interventions based on behavior analysis science to support families. Deliver direct one-on-one teaching to clients, caregivers, and family members while reducing problem behaviors. Maintain written documentation of interventions, program development, and supervision activities in CentralReach practice management software. Collaborate with program teams to provide feedback, training, and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies. Manage administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success for families, treatment teams, and the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • BCBA certification
  • Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants)
  • LBA Licensure (For New Jersey Applicants)
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents
  • Willingness to see families in the afternoon/evenings after 3pm (3-4 times/week)
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients
  • Willingness to work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic
  • Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting (lift, carry, push or pull) 5-10lbs. constantly, 25lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally
