Job Summary
Clinical BCBA in outpatient pediatric setting with flexible full/part-time/PRN opportunities. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including OTs and SLPs to deliver ABA-based interventions in a culturally sensitive, assent-based framework for children and adolescents with severe behaviors. Supports development of future BCBAs; opportunity for credentialing support, CEU opportunities, and career growth. Requires Master’s degree and BCBA certification with SD licensure; background check and drug screen required. Experience with early childhood development and autism spectrum disorders preferred; EIBI or ESDM experience preferred.
