Job Summary
Manage a caseload of 8-10 children aged 18 months to 7 years in an in-clinic setting, supervising 4-10 RBTs as needed. Deliver direct behavioral services and engage actively with students and the team, avoiding a purely administrative office role. Bill clients through Tricare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross insurance. Requires a Master's degree, BACB BCBA certification, and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Full-time onsite role with an 8 am to 4 pm schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- Possess BACB BCBA Certification
- Be an involved BCBA who engages with the students and team
- US Citizenship
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA
- FULL TIME ONSITE ROLE
