Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or AFLS, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians while delivering caregiver training and collaboration. Monitor progress through data-driven decision-making, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers. Model compassionate, child-centered, trauma-informed care within a BCBA-led environment that prioritizes ethical, high-quality clinical work without high-volume caseload expectations. This role offers flexible hybrid scheduling options for in-person and telehealth services, with full-time clinicians maintaining approximately 25 billable hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
