Job Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, providing supervision to behavior technicians, analyzing data, and ensuring high-quality ABA services. This role involves direct interaction with clients and families, and the BCBA will develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, monitor client progress, and deliver training, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Maryland State License required
- Experience in ABA therapy, behavior plan development, and staff supervision
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities
- Experience in clinic, home, school, or community settings
