Job Summary
Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients while mentoring behavior technicians. Write reports, conduct clinical reviews with funding sources, and analyze data to make data-based decisions that guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures. Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings and consult with clients to ensure program directives are implemented accurately. Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment, prioritizing safety in every case. Attend monthly regional meetings for training and supervision. Part-time and full-time positions available with reasonable billable expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
- Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
- Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the U.S.
