Job Summary
The Behavioral and Speech Institute of Texas, PLLC is looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement behavior intervention plans and conduct assessments in a full-time, on-site role. This position involves supervising behavior technicians and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification and licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility for licensure)
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong skills in Behavior Management and implementation of intervention strategies
- Experience in providing Parent Education and supporting caregivers
- Experience working with children, particularly children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Team-oriented and committed to collaboration

- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
