Job Summary
Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours. Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians and Lead Therapists. Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress. Collaborate closely with families through parent coaching and progress updates, and lead interdisciplinary discussions and clinical team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois
