Job Summary
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and families across Colorado. Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while delivering parent training and caregiver collaboration. Ensure clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance by collaborating with internal clinical and operations teams. This role offers flexible work options including remote, hybrid, or in-person schedules with a competitive hourly rate of $80–$100 based on supervision type. Vibrant ABA is expanding across Denver, Aurora, Colorado Springs, and surrounding areas, seeking BCBAs passionate about meaningful clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Colorado licensure, if applicable, or ability to meet state and payer requirements prior to starting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred
