Job Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting and supervising behavioral assessments, developing individualized goals and behavior support plans, and training staff in educational and clinical behavior programs. This role demands strong collaboration with clinical, educational, and administrative teams to enhance autism services. Candidates must possess BCBA certification, a master’s degree, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The BCBA will also oversee data collection systems and ensure the fidelity of implementation while providing supervision for BCBA/LBA and RBT candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid NYS Driver’s License or willingness to obtain
