Job Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position involves conducting and supervising behavioral assessments and treatment plans, developing individualized goals and behavior support plans, and training staff in implementing educational programs. Candidates must have a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, alongside a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include overseeing data collection systems and providing supervision for BCBA/LBA and RBT candidates while promoting a culture of compassion and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License (or willingness to obtain).
