Job Summary
Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions and design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs. Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff, provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance. Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure consistency between home and clinic, while completing comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement and clinical review. Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care and stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis. Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis. Maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model while bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan
- Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism
- Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Managerial experience preferred but not required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead with a positive attitude, even during stressful situations
- Fun, compassionate, and open-minded disposition geared toward learning
