Job Summary
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) remote role serving families across New Mexico. Remotely supervise RBTs and behavioral therapists on assigned cases across NM; develop ABA curricula and behavior intervention plans; analyze data and prepare progress reports and treatment strategies; collaborate with parents, caregivers, and case managers to ensure high-quality care; conduct telehealth sessions and remote parent/caregiver training. Requires active BCBA certification; open to nationwide candidates with no NM residency requirement; flexible scheduling with 4-hour or 8-hour shifts and after-school hours; fully remote work from anywhere while serving NM clients. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Salaries range from $75,000 to $95,000 based on experience, with benefits including health insurance, CEUs, professional development, and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
- Experience working with children with autism
- No New Mexico residency required
