Job Summary
Remote BCBA role supervising RBTs and behavioral therapists across New Mexico; develop ABA curricula and behavior intervention plans; analyze data and prepare progress reports and treatment strategies; collaborate with parents, caregivers, and case managers to ensure high-quality care; conduct telehealth sessions and remote parent/caregiver training; fully remote — work from anywhere while serving clients across New Mexico; NB: role supports nationwide candidates with remote supervision and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
- Experience working with children with autism
- No New Mexico residency required — open to candidates nationwide
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus — especially welcome for candidates serving our Spanish-speaking NM families
