Job Summary
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and skills assessments using tools like VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3. Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans while supervising and supporting ABA therapists. Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families, then track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for in-home sessions with children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Full-time and part-time roles offer $65–$95/hour, flexible schedules, and work-from-home options when not in active session.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism
- Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
