Job Summary
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and skills assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3. Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans while supervising and supporting ABA therapists (RBTs). Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families, then track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Full-time and part-time positions available with pay rates of $65–$95 per hour. First-year bonuses apply to full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism
- Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
