Job Summary
As a BCBA, conduct functional behavioral assessments and data reviews; develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, and crisis/safety plans across school and Agency programs. Assess students and youth to support consistent behavioral recommendations; analyze data to modify interventions for improved outcomes. Train, coach, and support staff in implementing behavioral strategies and data collection; participate in the IEP/PPT process with behavioral goals and supports. Collaborate with school administration, program leadership, clinical staff, families, and outside providers; employ trauma-informed, least-restrictive interventions; maintain documentation and participate in meetings and professional development. Requires BCBA certification (and CT LBA credential preferred) and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Current Connecticut Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services required
- Experience in educational and/or residential treatment settings preferred
