Job Summary
School-based BCBA sought to lead behavioral supports for K-5 students. Responsibilities include providing consultation and coaching on behavior management, implementing MTSS and evidence-based practices, conducting FBAs, developing and monitoring BIPs, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, participating in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers and families, modeling and coaching staff on intervention implementation, crisis prevention planning, and developing proactive supports for students with challenging behavior. Requires a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification with at least 2 years of experience. Salary range $60,000–$80,000.
