Job Summary
Clinical BCBA to conduct assessments (FBAs, skill-based), develop/oversee treatment plans and BIPs, analyze data to guide programming, supervise/mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs, provide caregiver/family training, and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, schools, and outside providers across center, home, and community settings. Emphasis on quality treatment, ethical clinical care, and mentoring within a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team; benefits include PTO, holidays, health insurance, 401(k), CEUs, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
- Experience working with children
- Strong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills
- Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
