Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Stone Mountain GA

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental differences. Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans while providing direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs. Review client data regularly to evaluate progress and adjust programming, collaborating with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure continuity of care. Lead parent training sessions, maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, and participate in team meetings and case reviews. Support the Center Director on clinical matters within a collaborative, mission-driven environment serving thousands of children across 20+ states.
