Job Summary
The BCBA Supervisor will oversee a manageable caseload of approximately 10 to 12 clients, conduct intake assessments, develop and supervise individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans, and mentor Behavior Technicians in home and clinic settings, while collaborating with the Clinical Director and leadership team. The role emphasizes ongoing clinical mentorship, data-informed progress monitoring, and ensuring ethical, assent-based ABA practices within a collaborative team. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, reviewing documentation for quality and compliance, and maintaining open communication with families, with a focus on client independence and family-centered care. Qualifications include a Master's degree in ABA or related field, active BCBA certification, MA licensure (or LABA eligibility), at least 3 years of ABA experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA services
- Experience working closely with parents and families
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
