Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) needed for school-year role. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), delivering direct ABA interventions for students with disabilities, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies using data, collaborating with IEP teams, training staff on ABA principles and behavior management, crisis intervention and de-escalation support, participating in IEP meetings and MDT discussions, maintaining accurate data and progress notes per IDEA and Michigan DOE requirements, and recommending assistive technology and reinforcement systems. Requires a Master’s degree in ABA/Psychology/Special Education or related field and BCBA certification; fingerprint clearance is required. Hourly pay range $45-$60 with contracts up to 40 hours/week; benefits include PTO, holidays, professional development reimbursement, 401(k) match, and medical/dental/vision insurance. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
