Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) needed for the school year to work between two elementary school locations in Louisville, CO. 36 hours per week at an hourly rate of $50-$65. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, designing and implementing BIPs, providing direct support and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on behavior management strategies, monitoring and analyzing student progress and behavioral data, collaborating with IEP teams and parents to develop individualized student support plans, training staff on ABA techniques, ensuring compliance with CDE and IDEA guidelines, and maintaining confidential records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License (if required for school-based roles)
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
