Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans for students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Provide clinical supervision, staff training, and ongoing performance feedback to ensure program fidelity, while collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral strategies. Monitor data and outcomes to guide program adjustments, delivering direct services and crisis support as needed while maintaining compliance with all clinical and documentation standards. Requires a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and supervisory experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services, education, psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or licensure eligibility as a Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine
- Supervisory experience in a school or community-based setting serving individuals with disabilities
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB) practices
- Valid Virginia driver's license in good standing
