Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design ABA programming and behavior intervention plans. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians while monitoring client progress to make clinical modifications as needed. Provide parent training and caregiver support, maintain compliant clinical documentation, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to support positive client outcomes. This full-time role in Richmond, VA requires reasonable flexibility in work hours, with occasional Saturday adjustments. Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification, a Master's degree, and be eligible to practice in Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Eligible to practice in Virginia
- Prior ABA clinical experience
