Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental differences. Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans while providing direct supervision and ongoing training to registered behavior technicians. Review client data regularly to evaluate progress and adjust programming as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, school teams, and outside providers to ensure continuity of care, including leading parent training sessions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and participate in team meetings and case reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (where required) or eligibility to obtain
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering ABA therapy in a center-based setting
