Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - PRN

Conduct daily assessments for pediatric patients aged birth to 21 years and create behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments. Supervise line therapists and Behavior Technicians while evaluating, treating, and directing treatment for clients. Maintain comprehensive documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity, ensuring compliance with government regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with families, school teams, and other therapists to support client success and oversee ongoing supervision of RBTs. This role covers call outs and vacations within a multi-disciplinary team providing ABA alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
