Job Summary
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and supervise behavior technicians. Provide parent training, review client data to adjust treatment plans, and complete documentation, reports, and authorizations. Ensure compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies while meeting productivity and supervision expectations. Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities. This full-time hybrid role includes one remote day per week, with a second remote day available by meeting productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA Certification in Good Standing with the BACB
- Current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Valid State of Michigan's Driver's License and current auto insurance
