Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pikesville MD

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients across varying skill levels while providing direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians. Review client data regularly to evaluate progress and adjust programming, collaborating with families, school teams, and outside providers to ensure continuity of care. Lead parent training sessions, maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, and participate in team meetings and case reviews. Support the Center Director on clinical matters within a collaborative, mission-driven environment serving children with autism and developmental differences.
