Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans for students. Provide direct behavior support, modeling, and coaching to school staff to ensure consistent implementation of strategies. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success across the school day. Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide decision-making and adjust interventions as needed. Train school teams on evidence-based practices, crisis prevention, and positive behavior supports. Pediatric Developmental Services partners with public school districts and communities to provide highly qualified pediatric therapists, offering a tailored mentorship program for clinicians.
